 INTO THE NATURE, AGAIN

Haiku, written with ashes in Mount Tsukuba forest by the  stencil technique, have been entrusted to the wind so that their  messages can return to the nature that inspired them.

STONE / AN ACTION TO BE WELCOME

In front of the gate of a small Japanese building I found a stone that had been woven into a black string. The stone placed in that position seemed to say: do not enter. Struck by the beauty and delicacy of the object I wanted to use it as an element from which to start my project, trying to "overturn" its meaning. The stones, significant objects in Japan, have become for me an instrument of encounter and represent the memory of all the meetings that took place in the short and precious time of a photographic shoot
